The building has a grand and classy vibe with a spacious lobby. The wooden floor, AC, and TV in the rooms were delightful. The bathroom was fancy with impressive mirrors. Two bars and restaurants, including a terrace, served budget-friendly and tasty food. Room sizes were good.
The hotel's maintenance is inadequate, with non-working intercom phones, slow restaurant service with charging water jug and drinking water, bad smell in the washroom, and insects in the room due to non-maintained wooden furniture.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with nice amenities such as air conditioning and a television. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay pleasant.
There were some downsides to the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, with dust on the furniture and lights.
